When submitting your reference photos, please include the following:

• A clear description of who or what you would like to capture
• Clothing colors or patterns (if relevant to the artwork)
• Details of any pets included
• Facial features, skin tone, and hairstyle preferences
• Any themes or ideas you would like incorporated

These details allow us to review and discuss the artwork clearly, ensuring all important elements are addressed before creation begins.

How long does a custom order take?

Once all details are clearly discussed, the process usually takes 1–2 weeks, depending on workflow and specific requirements.

• A 50% deposit is required once the discussion is approved
• We’ll begin work within 2–3 days
• If anything is unclear, we’ll contact you to confirm
• Once the artwork is completed, we’ll notify you to arrange final payment and pickup
